Programs and other informations about visits will be provided during the Conference.

We are waiting for you at the “Castello (castle) Carlo V”, Viale XXV Luglio.

We remind you that the desk for booking at the Conference will be open on Sunday May 15th, from 3:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m.; on Monday May 16th, 8:30 a.m. to the end of works; the other days from 9:00 a.m. to the end of works.

You will be our welcoming guest at the Party which will be held on Sunday 15th at 6:00 p.m. at the Conference venue: “Castello Carlo V”.

Inside of the conference bag you will find your badge. We kindly require you to fill in with your name.

On Thursday May 19th, three different visits are foreseen:

-: guided tour to Physics and Chemistry laboratories of University of Lecce and to the National Research Council - Institute for Archaeological and Monumental Heritage (CNR-IBAM);

-

guided tour to the main restored works of the monuments of Lecce, and the problems found during the works;

-

guided tour to the Aragonese Castle in the city of Otranto; presentation of virtual tour to Byzentine crypt.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR SPEAKERS

All the oral presentation speakers should check in and submit their Power point presentation and/or slide container at the Speaker Preparation Room, the time before the scheduled presentation (Monday, May 16th - time 8:30 a.m. - 6:00 p.m.; Tuesday, May 17th – time 10 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.).

This is the only way to be sure of your presence and inform you at the same time about any last minute instructions of changes concerning your session.

Technical staff in the Speaker Preparation Room will be available for audio-visual support in order to finalize your presentation.

You will be required to leave the diskette or CD/ROM, and/or slide container with your presentation in the Speaker Presentation Room, so that the technicians can load into the Meeting room.

You can illustrate your presentation in 15 minutes plus 5 minutes for discussion. We kindly ask you to respect the timetable.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR POSTER PRESENTERS

The poster should be mounted on Monday, May 16th, afternoon. Your poster number is indicated in the Program booklet. The poster should not be dismantled before Wednesday, May 18th, - time 3:30 p.m. If you need assistance, please contact there referent person of the Staff in the posters area
